Vibewire exists to make sure that young people are included (and able to participate) in conversations that matter.

Founded in 2000, Vibewire acknowledges that across the world young people are making important contributions as world citizens, workers, entrepreneurs, consumers and agents of change. We are dedicated to encouraging and stimulating an entrepreneurial spirit by unlocking the talents, imagination and creativity of youth as drivers of change, addressing important economic, environmental and social issues within our communities.

Our objective is to connect, create, innovate, and grow.

CONNECT: We build and facilitate connections between our members and Australia’s social, cultural and arts institutions. We connect people at regular events such as fastBREAK and Young Entrepreneurs Sydney.

CREATE: We create opportunities for young people to get a real working experience, and grapple with issues, topics and ideas that have currency or are emerging. You can engage in conversations on our website, and submit your own content.

INNOVATE: We approach media and conversation with no preconceptions. We encourage discovery and experimentation in both form and content.

GROW: We believe that a healthy mix of experimentation and engagement will allow our members to grow in confidence and capability. Come round to the Vibewire Hub in Ultimo, you will find a motivated group of entrepreneurs who are launching their own ventures – all the while sharing skills and resources with the community in the space.
