Meet the Mentors

Claudia Barriga-Larriviere

Vibewire mentor Claudia Barriga-Larriviere

Startups are businesses at their most vulnerable and uncertain stage. We all forget that a startup is run by people who are invested in an outcome broader than their roles, broader than themselves. They have taken an enormous risk that needs to pay off, one way or another. My job is to make sure that we see them through the changes and that founders don’t lose sight of the final destination.”

A Pollenizer alumni, Claudia Barriga-Larriviere is a surgeon when it comes to startup strategy and getting the right team in the early stages of a business. She is an innovation strategist and change management expert and works with startup founders, primarily in the B2B space.

Named one of Sydney’s top ten startup mentors, Claudia is a growth advisor with a passion for innovative collaboration. Claudia specialises in taking companies through change, helping them grow, and making sure they come out stronger on the other end.

CBL is also a huge supporter of the Social Enterprise space having been heavily involved in Project Futures and TedX Sydney. She is the Dean of the Awesome Foundation in Sydney and is a pro bono business mentor for startups and emerging businesses across Australia. Claudia is an innovation columnist for the Startup Daily with a focus on the human side of startups and innovation.

Parth Mehta

Vibewire mentor, Parth MehtaMy name is Parth Mehta and my friends call me Pash.

I am primarily a UI/UX Designer with budding development skills. This means I mostly deal with pretty user interfaces in Sketch and user flows in OmniGraffle, though I have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Swift and Java. As for Python and Ruby, they are black boxes to me (:P)

Designing for well-rounded user experiences, I make sure that systems, interfaces, language and graphics are human-friendly, emotive, aesthetically pleasing, lucid and most importantly, usable. I love every minute of my work and enjoy each new project as I get it. Feel free to have a look at my portfolio and don’t hesitate to contact me if you think we can work together.

Eliot Redelman
eliot redelman

Eliot is a young entrepreneurial type with far too much energy.  Many years ago he set out on the quest for the ultimate problem solving system.  It’s been a long journey, and while he doesn’t have all the answers – from an endeavour like that – you tend to pick up some very good ideas along the way.  You can find him easy because he is always wearing a hat.
