Jye has been lucky enough to spend nearly 15 years working with consultancies and creative agencies through-out Asia Pacific which has allowed him to meet and work with exceptionally diverse teams and individuals.

In 2019 he launched You’re Good, Get Better which is a coaching and training initiative for strategists, creatives and high performance marketing and pr teams.

He also currently consult to select agencies on cultural transformation, value proposition development and creative strategy.

Jye is producer and co-host of two podcasts: Maker & Creator (with Alex Adams) and Better in Bed (with Sara Tang).

Rachel Beaney is a digital media specialist, with a wide variety of experience in creating multimedia projects, social media and online content.

She has worked as an editor, a social strategist, on social media execution, community management and real-time social media integration into broadcast. She is fluent in creating engaging content, with a solid technical understanding of the web.

As a freelance social and digital media specialist, Rachel has worked across a variety of clients, including social media management, social media analysis, social media strategy and running training workshops on digital and social media. Rachel has worked with, and on, clients including NewsCorp, The NRMA, The SA Government, Crown Casinos and more.
